This website asks for as little as it can. Here is what we collect when you register your interest, why, where it goes, and how to have it removed. It also explains the error reports the Motion app sends when something goes wrong.

Who we are

This policy is issued by PXD Software, a sole trader in Australia (ABN 33 854 437 394), which makes Motion Workshop Management. If you have any question about your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect

Only what you type into the form:

your name, your workshop's name and your email address
your phone number, current system, technician count and message, if you add them

We use it to reply to you and to contact you about Motion, including any pilot places. We don't sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the small program that receives the form. Its bot check (Turnstile) may look at your browser to tell people from spam bots.
Resend delivers the form to our inbox and sends you a confirmation email.
Our email inbox, where we keep your registration so we can follow it up.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Error reports from the Motion app

When something goes wrong in the Motion app, it sends an error report to Sentry, a service that helps us find and fix faults. Sentry keeps these reports in PXD Software's account, stored in the United States.

A report describes the fault so we can fix it. Personal details are removed before it is sent, and your IP address is not stored.

Having it removed

Ask at [email protected] and we'll delete your registration and our replies, and tell you when it's done.
